Biography

Attorney Magali Sosa was born in Puerto Rico in 1961. She graduated as Juris Doctor in 1990 from the Interamerican University School of Law and was employed by the United States Department of Labor. She moved to Florida in 1990 and was admitted as an attorney at law in Florida in 1993.

For the past 20 years she has practiced United States immigration law exclusively representing foreigners in visa processing matters. Attorney Magali Sosa is also an immigration law consultant and has been the host of several radio programs in Miami.

She has been a special guest at the Univision morning nationally broadcasted program of “Despierta America”; Caso Cerrado in Telemundo, and most recently “Hoy con Tomas Regalado” in Mega TV. Magali is one of the most highly sought-after immigration attorneys in Miami and has decades of experience over other lawyers in the local area.
